This license (hereinafter — the "License") governs the relationship between the author and rights holder of the computer program "Digital Legal Engine" (hereinafter — the "Software") and any person who accesses the Software, its source code, design, architecture, documentation, or any derivative components (hereinafter — the "User"). 1.2. The Software includes, but is not limited to: • all source code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; • architecture, structure, modules, and components; • design system, styles, tokens, animations; • JSON database, schemas, rules, templates; • PWA configuration (manifest.json, service-worker.js); • documentation, comments, and project structure; • any future additions, modifications, and derivative works. 1.3. The Software does not include: • court decisions in PDF format and other documents owned by third parties; • textual content provided by third parties; • personal data of third parties; • details, trademarks, and other information owned by third parties. ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 2. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 2.1. All exclusive rights to the Software belong to Ruslan Erikovich Mikhel. 2.2. The Software is an object of copyright and is protected by: • the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part 4, Articles 1255–1302); • international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention; • copyright laws of the jurisdictions in which the Software is used. 2.3. Authorship, the author's name, and the integrity of the Software are protected indefinitely. 2.4. The author may, at their sole discretion, register the Software with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) in accordance with Article 1262 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Such registration is voluntary and is not a condition for the emergence of exclusive rights. ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 3.1. Without the prior written consent of the author, the User is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from: (a) copying the Software in whole or in part; (b) reproducing the source code, design, or architecture; (c) modifying, adapting, or translating the Software; (d) distributing, selling, renting, or transferring the Software to third parties; (e) decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the Software; (f) creating derivative works based on the Software; (g) removing or altering copyright notices; (h) using the Software for commercial purposes without a separate agreement with the author. An exception is made for the use of the Software by IP Pavlova T.V. in the course of her professional legal activities on the website https://juristspb78.ru under the royalty-free license terms set forth in this document; (i) using the Software to create competing products; (j) transferring rights obtained under this License to third parties. 3.2. PERMITTED USE ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 4.1. Use of the Software is permitted solely on the basis of a separate written agreement with the author. This License grants the User no rights to use the Software other than the right to review public documentation and public materials. 4.3. In case of violation of the License terms, the User's rights terminate automatically without prior notice. 7.3. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 8.1. This License is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. 8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, in the court at the author's location. 8.3.
